Announcing 2026 NAPA Board Election Results

New York, NY — NAPA announces the election of four board members for the 2026-2027 term.

Deepa Mistry is a Spring 2018 initiate of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc. (ΔΦΩ) at Binghamton University. She has been elected to the role of Executive Chair on the NAPA Board. “As Executive Chair, my focus is building on what’s already working and sharpening the areas that will help us move forward more effectively,” says Mistry. “I’m really excited about the direction we’re heading in and even more excited that we’re doing it together.” Deepa is a human resources professional in the financial services industry, where she leads strategic people initiatives spanning compliance, benefits, talent development, and organizational programs. She holds an MBA from Marist University and is passionate about building strong operational systems that empower others to lead effectively. She is also a founding member of the Chronic Boss Collective, a community supporting high-achieving professionals navigating chronic health conditions. She previously served as the Executive Vice Chair of NAPA and as Chief Operations Officer of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc., bringing a track record of operational excellence and collaborative leadership to her role.

Rupa Ravi is a Fall 2016 initiate and Founder of Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, Inc (ΔΚΔ) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has been elected into the role of Executive Vice Chair on the NAPA Board. “I am deeply committed to strengthening collaboration, accountability, and impact within our collective NAPA community” says Ravi. “I hope to increase visibility of our resources, support the Board, and help us collaborate further to ensure the success of all APIDA Greek Organizations.” Ravi obtained a Masters in Public Health and currently works as a Teen Health Programs Coordinator at the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health in NJ. She previously worked as the Research Manager for Columbia University’s Maternal Fetal Medicine Department, working in pregnancy and women’s health advancement. Alongside serving on NAPA Board, Ravi is in her second year of serving Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, Inc. as their National President. She has held various leadership positions on the ΔΚΔ National Board over the last 8 years.

Teri Chung is a Fall 2010 initiate of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. (ΚΦΛ) at the University of Connecticut. She has been elected as the Vice Chair of Membership of the NAPA Board. Her goal for her term is to collect data on each member organizations to identify key resources and collaboration points to aid in the betterment of the Association and all member organizations. Professionally, Chung is a Major Case Assistant District Attorney, who works on cases and investigations related to public integrity. She has faithfully served on the National Board of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. for over 10 years and currently serves as their Chief Executive Officer/National President. She has previously served as the Executive Chair, Executive Vice Chair, and numerous positions of the NAPA Board over the past 10 years.

Camille Flores is a Spring 2016 initiate of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. (ΚΦΛ) at George Mason University. She has been elected as the Vice Chair of Communications of the NAPA Board. Her goal for her term is to manage and unify communications within the organization and with its member organizations. Flores is a Forensic Scientist and is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc.

Bryan Dosono of Lambda Phi Epsilon International Fraternity, Inc. currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair and Darshan Amin of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity, Inc. continues to serve as the Vice Chair of Finance.

Elected NAPA Executive Board officers serve a two-year term effective immediately.
