Announcing Appointment of 2026 NAPA Volunteers


New York, NY — NAPA announces the appointments for five new volunteers on the NAPA Board.
Manasi Nagaokar is a Spring 2017 initiate of Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, Inc (ΔΚΔ) at Rutgers University. She is the current Director of Partnerships for the NAPA Board. “My goal as Director of Partnerships is to build strong, intentional relationships that expand NAPA’s impact and support high-quality, accessible programming across the fraternity and sorority community,” says Nagaokar. “I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate with campus partners, organizations, and external stakeholders to create aligned, values-driven initiatives that advance NAPA education and visibility.” Nagaokar currently works professionally at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people, partnering with cross-functional leaders to build scalable, data-driven processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Alongside this, she serves as National Vice President of Finance for Delta Kappa Delta Sorority Inc.
Kim Mai is a Fall 2017 initiate and a charter of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. (ΣΨΖ) at George Mason University. She is the current Director of Research and Development for the NAPA Board. “I am excited to drive NAPA’s research agenda forward, utilizing data-informed insights to foster innovation across the Asian American Greek letter organization landscape,” says Mai. She currently works for a local health department and is also serving as the Vice President of Finance on the National Executive Board of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc.
Nora McGlynn is a Spring 2011 initiate of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. (ΣΨΖ) at the State University of New York College at Geneseo. She is the current Director of Undergraduate Councils for the NAPA Board and has previously served as the Vice Chair of Membership and Director of Councils. “My hope is to keep our undergraduate experience in mind for how NAPA organizations retain members and thrive through a lifetime of membership” says McGlynn. “NAPA specific councils are a novel way for our organizations to establish ties to both their local campuses and each other.” She has also served as Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority National President and Vice President of Expansion and Growth.
Chris Vinzons is a Fall 2014 initiate of Kappa Pi Beta National Fraternity, Inc. (ΚΠΒ) at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is the current Director of Technology for the NAPA Board. “My goal for this position is to make sure that NAPA is aligned with current technical standards” says Vinzons. “Technology is one of my core pillars as an individual and as a profession.” Professionally, he is currently a Lead Software Engineer for a P&C Insurance Company. He has served as the Vice Chair of Communications on the NAPA Board.
Renee Chau, a Fall 2023 initiate of Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. (ΔΦΛ) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is currently serving as the Undergraduate Councils Intern for the NAPA Board. “My goal is to survey the current undergraduate NAPA councils and the campuses that have multiple NAPA organizations” says Chau. She is currently finishing her degrees in Linguistics and Mandarin. Alongside interning at NAPA, she serves on Delta Phi Lambda’s Ritual and History Committee and an intern for Kappa Pi Beta National Fraternity, Inc.
The newly appointed volunteers serve a one-year term effective immediately.
