Charles Andrean serves as one of the Assistant Directors of Fraternity and Sorority Life at Northwestern University, with his primary roles including IFC Advisor and supporting the sorority and fraternity community with social justice education. Charles completed his Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel at Southern Illinois University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Before Northwestern, he served as an Assistant Director of Greek Affairs at Iowa State University.
During Charles’ time at Cal Poly, he became a brother of Lambda Phi Epsilon International Fraternity, Inc. Upon graduation, he continued to involve himself with the fraternity in many capacities, including serving as the fraternity’s International President for four years. Over time, his passion has grown to encompass the greater sorority and fraternity community, and he is now focused on supporting sororities and fraternities in recognizing their power and privilege and directing it toward meaningful social change. For fun, Charles enjoys exploring libraries, running semi-long distances, carpool karaoke, and having super real, meaningful discussions about life.
