Announcing Appointment of 2024 NAPA Volunteers

New York, NY — NAPA announces the appointments for four new volunteers on the NAPA Board.

Chandni Nigam is a Spring 2013 initiate of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc. at the University of Illinois Chicago. She has been appointed to the role of Director of Councils on the NAPA Board. “Our undergraduate councils are crucial to the success of the NAPA umbrella organization. I am excited to continue to further that mission this term,” says Nigam. Chandni is a healthcare professional in the software industry. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc.

Deepa Mistry is a Spring 2018 initiate of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc. at Binghamton University. She has been appointed to the role of Director of Partnerships on the NAPA Board. “I look forward to continuing to promote and show the value of NAPA to the Greek community and beyond via partnerships that bring progress and efficiency to our organizations,” says Mistry. Deepa is a human resources professional in the financial services industry and a founding member of the Chronic Boss Collective. She currently serves as Chief Operations Officer of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc.

Jericho Simos is a Fall 2017 initiate of Chi Sigma Tau Fraternity, Inc. at the University of Illinois Chicago. He has been appointed to the role of Director of Programming on the NAPA Board. “I aim to expand upon the initiatives laid out by my predecessor, enrich leadership development programs, broaden resources for misconduct prevention, and enhance overall support for member organizations,” says Simos. Simos is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Roosevelt University while also serving as the Housing Director for the Interfraternity Council at Northwestern University. Additionally, Jericho volunteers as the Director of New Member Education for Chi Sigma Tau Fraternity, Inc.

Elizabeth Kwong is a Fall 2011 initiate of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. at Drexel University. She has been appointed to the role of Director of Research and Development on the NAPA Board. “I look forward to guiding continued and new research initiatives, communicating learnings to and from the broader fraternal community, and executing NAPA’s research efforts,” says Kwong. Elizabeth is a doctoral candidate at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She formerly served as NAPA’s Director of Public Relations in 2020-2021 and served on the National Executive Board of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. as the Vice President of Expansion in 2016-2019 and National President in 2020-2022.

The newly appointed volunteers serve a one-year term effective immediately.
