Annual Report 2025

New York, NY — The National APIDA Panhellenic Association (NAPA) releases its 2025 Annual Report, detailing the organization’s significant achievements, growth, and impact within the Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) fraternal community over the past calendar year. The 2025 Annual Report provides a look at NAPA’s strategic initiatives, programmatic successes, and financial stewardship. Key highlights from the report include:

  • Updated mission, vision, and core values for NAPA included in NAPA’s 2025 Strategic Plan
  • Utilization of the Association’s 501(c)(3) status for further development and partnerships to empower the APIDA community.
  • Connection of leadership across 18 constituent organizations during our annual meeting, and a link to a highlight video created by Bill Tran.

“Creating systems that outlast any administration ensures we build legacies that empower future generations rather than simply maintaining the status quo,” says outgoing NAPA Chair Bryan Dosono. 

Looking Forward: NAPA’s Strategic Priorities for 2026-2027

As NAPA looks ahead, the organization is committed to continuing several key strategic priorities and investments for 2026-2027, aimed at further strengthening the APIDA fraternal experience and community:

  • Longevity: Ensure long-term sustainability and consistency, improve continuity and reduce operational friction, and ensure consistency with NAPA identity and messaging.
  • Legacy: Centralize knowledge and improve board transitions, provide visibility into org health and shared standards, and improve continuity across leadership changes.
  • Levity: Clarify NAPA’s value and onboarding experience and encourage new ideas and board engagement.
  • Legitimacy: Strengthen transparency and external credibility, establish NAPA as a voice in the space, and define and reinforce expectations across orgs.

The 2025 Annual Report underscores NAPA’s ongoing commitment to its mission of advocating for, educating, and developing its member organizations and their collegiate chapters. The 2026 Strategic Plan provides a transparent account of how NAPA is fulfilling its strategic goals and advancing APIDA leaders. With a record of achievement and a clear path forward, NAPA is poised to create even more impact for its constituent organizations in the years ahead.
